Intuitive Legal Advising begins with our understanding of the multifaceted nature  of legal dilemmas and the emotional turmoil involved.  After a number of years as a litigator, delving into complex situations and sorting through them, it became clear to me that there was more at stake in most cases than just the tangible item or claim at the center of the controversy.  The source of the dispute was often murkier and more involved.

Remember, a common problem with litigation is:
If you destroy that which you are trying to take, it really isn’t much of a gain.

The physical office is located adjacent to downtown Northampton, just off the highway, in a wheelchair accessible building with plenty of free parking.  Specifically, I am just up the block from the Hampshire County Courthouse, in the red and yellow building next to the public parking lot.  Just pull into the next driveway and head toward the far end of the lot, my office is in the last doorway, then left.
